Receiving feedback on your personal "Motives for Leading"
- To discover your personal motives for leading you will need to first complete a brief values survey (about 15 minutes).
- Once you've completed the survey, your results will be tabulated and you will immediately receive your personal "Motives for Leading" profile indicating where you fall in the Motives for Leading matrix.
- With this profile you will also receive a detailed discussion and explanation of the Motives for Leading system and a Biblical model for personal change.
Note: All responses when filling out the survey are anonymous. No personal information is requested or recorded.
